The Huntington Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee is comprised of a Committee of Trustees. The Committee is made up of six members: three management members that represent the West Virginia-Ohio Valley Chapter of NECA, and three labor members that represent Local Union 317 of the International Brotherhood of
Electrical Workers.

The Huntington Electrical JATC is located at
1850 Madison Avenue in Huntington, West Virginia.
