APPRENTICESHIP APPLICATION

Applications will be taken on the fourth (4th) Mondays of each month from 8:00 am through 3:00 pm,
at 1850 Madison Avenue, Huntington, WV, 25704.

These applications are in-house and will take approximately
twenty (20) minutes to complete.
